Does anybody know a good place to get a swing. I just want one board swing that one might hang in huge tree in their yard. All I can find online is swing sets. I am looking for one that would support a 200lb adult. Thanks.

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Why not just make one? A sturdy board and some rope should be all you need to make it. If you don't have the tools to cut the board and drill holes for the rope, you can take it to Home Depot or Lowe's, and they should be able to do it for you.

We are in a temp housing situation and dh did not unpack his tools. Honestly, it is a bday gift for my sister and I was trying to do the gift thing the easy way. Just wanted to order and ship her something. I thought a swing would be fun as they just bought a house on a great wooded lot. Thanks though. I will consider the Home depot route if I don't find one somewhere.

I know. I would love to put up a tree swing for dd, but we live in the redwoods and it would have to have a 40 foot rope to reach the lowest branches and we would need to hire a monkey to get it up there!!!
I found this site doing some research for playground equipment.
Enjoy!
