Woo! I made my latest batch with green tea and YUM YUM YUM. It's delish! Add a little sploosh of ginger ale and it's soooooooooooooo good!!!!!! : So no more black tea kombucha for me!

maybe I should try this for dh. I think he would prefer a more "gentle" kombucha. Irish Breakfast tea makes for a very tart brew.
