Seriously!!! Do people think that it's that easy?!? You're right, I'm sitting here past 40 weeks because I won't get my butt up and go for a walk. Thanks, I feel better now.

: This bugs me, too. And stop telling me to have sex! My sex life is none of your business and I don't appreciate you telling me or my husband to go DTD in front of a bunch of people!

people just need to leave women alone in the final weeks of pregnancy, unless they come bearing food treats or videos.

Yeah, I hear you. Because it's completely up to me that I've made it to be this pregnant - I don't REALLY want this baby to come out.

Sheesh.

lol but isn't it funny YOU ARE walking when people actually tell you this??

Walking has NEVER worked for me with any of my pregnancies.. all it did was make me more tired and grouchy.. this time around I can BARELY walk.. so why would I toture myself anymore? :

i had been pretty good about walking for exercise this entire pregnancy, but i'm totally over it now. my SIL said the reason she had her baby before 40 weeks was because she walks so much...yeah that fact she smokes probably didn't have anything to do with it...i don't walk anymore...i'm too tired and it makes my butt muscles hurt.

I read this thread just before I went to my dr's appointment... I'm sitting there as he's telling me that I'm 1 1/2 cm dialated and the baby is really low and it could be anytime now so keep going for walks after work that really helps to speed things up : naturally I thought of you ladies.

Had to sneak in from the Dec. DDC. My dh is a professor, and even his students were telling him this at the end of my pregnancy! The last week of classes before break, one of his students kept giving him insinuations about having more sex. Really? You would even tell your teachers that?
