Un-crystallizing honey

So, if I put my jar of honey to soften it up, how fast will it re-crystallize? Should I just do small amounts at a time?

I think you can just put it in a warm water bath and just do it every time you need it to be liquidy...no harm in doing this multiple times.

Man, get a slice of bread, slather with butter and put crunchy honey on top...

If you can get it out of the jar though.

Yeah, that's the problem. It's a one gallon jar and about 75% of it is a solid rock. I'm having a hard time scooping it out for my tea.
Can you imagine how hard the honey was that they found in the Egytpian tombs?
