Favorite Kindergarten Learning Tools/Books/Etc?

As I'm contemplating Kindergarten stuff for my daugther, I'm trying to figure out if I might buy a curriculum (and supplement it with all kinds of stuff). But I also wanted to know what are your absolutely FAVORITE learning tools for this age? Stuff like:

1. Books / text style books
2. Web sites
3. Online programs
4. Projects
5. ETC.

I thought it could be cool to compile a big list of stuff? Or maybe this has already been done?

My thoughts on stuff for that age are in this article - it has lots of suggestions for things to do, and it also links to my page on preschool and kindergarten learning activities. Then, on that page, underneath the box of articles, are annotated links to websites that have lots of great ideas and resources you can incorporate into your days, regardless of whether you're going to be introducing the 3Rs...

And you see the sweet little boy in the red sweat shirt? He's 6' tall now and off in college.

Have fun!
Lillian
