Receeding Gums

How do I get them to heal back? My gums are really tender
and bleed easily as well.

But the receeding is getting worse despite being on a sugar free
diet. ( i cant have milk so dont suggest it )

I also have a tooth in the front that is demineralizing as well
so i need to do something about that too. I dont have much
money at all to spare, and testimonials are cool too!

I've heard that CoQ10 is awesome for gums. A sonicare toothbrush would probably be good. Also one of those home water jet things would probably help. But, I think it depends a lot on what the cause is, how bad it is... HTH

You sound like me. Did you have metal bracket braces as a kid? I did. I've been told that is why my gums have been receeding for what, 20 years now. Occasionally, I use my sonic care, but not too much anymore.
