Just wanted to add that I liked the recipes from the six o'clock scramble mentioned above MUCH better than the ones from Saving Dinner (a few years back). However, I never really got into the whole meal planning aspect and it never really saved us much money. We are just too picky. I have to plan on my own with recipes I know we will actually eat!
