I am working on writing an article. We are an all cloth family ourselves but seeing as the term "family cloth" has yet to make an appearance on wikipedia....how does your family define it? Is it the whole experience of going to all cloth products? Or is it your term for toilet paper made of cloth? Or other?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I would define it as using cloth instead of disposable paper and hygiene products.
ETA: I think there are varying levels to "family cloth". I do think that any effort people make is good. I would definitely not want to present it in an "all or nothing" fashion. That sort of definition sets people up to fail. IMO

Here at MDC, I usually see the term being used as synonymous with cloth TP.

Cloth that the whole family uses.
Baby: cloth diapers, cloth wipes
Mama: cloth pads, cloth TP
Dada: cloth TP (ideally, I haven't gotten him there yet. YET!!)
All: cloth napkins, handkerchiefs, rags for cleaning, etc.
So yeah, I guess it's the use of all cloth rather than disposable items. Although we're not there yet, still transitioning. And we have paper items in-house for guests.
