Dental arch and tooth crowding

I've been interested in this issue lately and trying to sort through the information. I'm going to go get Weston Price's book from the library tomorrow, but I'm really curious what specific deficiencies could cause the crowded teeth/small dental arch and if this can be altered in adulthood.

We just started on a D3/K2 supplement (my husband and daughter had blood tests and were found to be vitamin D deficient, so he's on the prescription stuff while dd and I are taking the D3/K2 tabs). Would this help?

Once you read Price's book it should all make more sense. What he found was that primitive groups got in about 10x more fat soluable nutrients than his patients in 1930s. The primitive people ate an abdundance of fat-soluables (A,D,K) and vitamins/minerals. Here is a summary and pictures--

I don't think the crowding/arch can be fixed in adulthood (except for braces for crowding). I have read (from MDC posts) that children maybe able to have some changes in their arch with diet and craniosacral therapy. I also think you can have your palate widened as a child using orthodontia.

The supplements should help correct their defiencies and are good for overall health, BUT I believe that supplements can really only make a big impact when they are combined with a very nutrient dense diet (traditional foods).
