Professional organizers, packers and movers to help us with this monumental task of reducing our belongings by half and moving to a new city 200 km away.

Gel nails.

I'd love to eat out once a week.

Dyson vacuum

New dining room furniture

I would love the no more mortgage.

More realistically...

...a small deep freeze to put up veggies and fruit for next winter.
...a bigger dining room table with matching chairs. All 4 of us can barely fit at our table and we've got chairs that clash with the carpet and the table doesn't fit our decorating style.
...an inexpensive car for me. Right now I'm using one my dad gave me on a permanent loan. But I'd like to have one that's mine so that I don't feel like I'm taking advantage of my parents.
...a better job for dh. One with a predictable schedule/hours and one that pays just a little bit more. We don't want anything fancy and we wouldn't spend it all frivolously. I'd just like to not have to watch the bank account every week and I'd like to be able to put more money into our savings/retirement.

  • a handyman & gardener at my disposal for whatever needs to be done so I don't have to nag DH
  • my own techy guru who can fix us up everytime we crash a computer!!
  • a new puppy
  • a personal trainer
  • a personal chef
  • a personal driver for my elderly parents so they can just relax and enjoy and leave the driving to someone else !

HI THERE -- I have a roomba and a scooba and they are the BEST investment in my sanity I have ever made!! I feel like I have 2 little maids working in my home all the time!! well worth saving up for!!

oooh, here's what i really want...

-wooden blinds or plantation shutters for a whole bunch of windows in my house
-an extra refrigerator to keep in the garage
-a super cool cedarworks playset

i'm sure i could think of lots more, but i'll stop.

well, if i'm really dreaming, what i'd like is about 15 acres close to where we live now (so dh's commute isn't too bad) with a little wooden cabin and a barn, lots of sunny spots for a garden, a pretty stream, and some woods too.
