i have a lot of hip pain but not nearly as much as i know some of you mama's have. i actually am dreading this after the birth. i had the worst hip pain in my whole entire life the first year after ds was born and i had to sleep on my side to nurse him all night long. i have actually been sleeping mostly on my stomach and back this whole pregnancy which helps a lot. so i just have hip pain during the day if i'm not nice to myself. i need a but replacement, because my butt is killing me. whether i sit or stand or lay down it doesn't matter, and it is pretty unbearable.

i wish i could share mine!.. the only time i'm sore these days is getting out of bed at night to pee.. ive been walking a ton and i feel totally limber i was in some major pain a few weeks ago though, so i do know how it is to want new hips.. maybe some arnica would help you mamas? ive been taking it daily for aches and pains and it helps for exhaustion too.

ladies you all need to get to a chiropractor asap!! what are you suffering for when a chiropractic adjustment can get rid of the pain entirely?
