Cod Liver Oil seems to increase my anxiety?

Anyone ever hear of this or experience this?

I seem to feel all jittery if I take just one pill (not sure of the exact dose at this moment) and couldn't sleep when I was taking more.

I really feel like I need it: brain, skin and now i'm pg too. What could I take instead?

what about just taking the omega oils

ummm, sorry, in what vehicle? can you be more specific? do you mean omegas that have been extracted from their original source (clo, epo, etc)?

How about salmon oil? My midwife had me taking that when I was pregnant with #2. It came in a capsule.

The Mood CUre talks about how fish oil will make you jittery if you take too much of it, or if you don't need it. You might not need this particular supplement. I would stop taking it.

yes, i read that in there also, but my gut tells me i need it. i am very prone to depression, and have incredibly dry hair skin nails. but indeed, i get jittery.

maybe i will try the salmon oil.

any other options?

maybe try evening primrose oil or hemp seed oil which is more balanced with omega 3's and harder to get 6's.
