| Carrie - Grateful bambina asked me to post this news this morning. I'm not even sure at the moment how to go about letting everyone know what happened, but Carrie wanted you all to know. She went into labor last night at about 4:30 or 5:00. I arrived around 6:30 and she labored until the midwife arrived. When the midwife arrived she was unable to find any fetal heart tones and after some time trying every possible position and way that she could think of to locate the heartbeat, Carrie decided that it would be best to transfer her to the hospital. The OB at the hospital was unable to find any heart tones and it was determined that the baby was no longer alive. Carrie gave birth to her angel baby Frances Michael at around 12:30 this morning with Arnie, her mother Sandy, her midwife and myself in attendance. She is going to be released from the hospital this morning. |
