Is it normal for my vagina to be swollen? that is embarrasing LOL but really I took a mirror and looked down there to see why it felt wierd and it looks swollen inside or really engorged or whatever it doesn't look right LOL, is that just normal at this late in pregnancy? I have never looked before LOL

Okay, this is my first pregnancy, so I am no expert, but I am definitely swollen down there and might have some varicose veins even. Yikes TMI!

I asked my OB about it and she said that she believes that there's a reason that pregnant women can't see past their belly.

I have been swollen really bad down there. I think it was worse at the begining of my pregnancy or either I have just gotten used to it by now. I read it was normal though because of an increase of blood flow.

I don't recall if it was that way with previous pregnancies because I was not really that intune with my body back then.

And FYI for anyone who has noticed a massive ammount hair down there, I also read that hair grows faster to protect your insides from germs. I try to trim as much as I can but like everyone else I can't see down there. lol

OH yeah, swollen as all get out. Someone on another thread mentioned she feels like a virgin during DTD. I feel that way sometimes too!

Carlito's Wife, interesting about the hair! I'm not a shaver, but was just saying to DP that it seems to me like it's insanely long, and he agreed, I might actually trim it a bit!

Wow, you guys are kind of getting me excited about the swollen on the inside thing. I was reffering to being swollen on the outside. I don't know about my insides. DH has been in Iraq the whole pregnancy but he would be quite pleasently supprised when he comes home in few days on R&R if I am swollen in there too. When I try to check my cervix sometimes I think it is a bit swollen in there but I have no idea what it was really like in there before I got pregnant this time.

I am guessing this is the reason people say sex is so great while you are pregnant. Can't wait to find out lol.
