Long breaks between AF at 6mo pp?

AF returned about 5 to 6 mo pp. I had one period but now I'm on day 34 (from 1st day of last af) so that makes me at least 4 to 5 days late. The thing is DH and I really aren't that ...um...active right now. 2 yo, 6mo, crazy hormones that decrease drive for me. Anyway. There is very little if any chance at all of me being pg so I'm wondering if anyone else out there had long breaks between af visits.
Seems like I did this pp from dd#1 but can't remember. Is 5 weeks too many between af visits?

It is normal for your cycle to be irregular for awhile - how long depends on the person and how much your baby is nursing.

Normally (before babies and nursing) I was a very regular 29 day-er. After dd#1 i think I went longer but I was BFO and really didn't pay any attention because I wasn't thinking about pregnancy or anything (probably how I ended up with dd#2 ). But now I can't remember. It doesn't seem like that long ago but I just can't remember. I'm just wondering if this is semi normal.
I am bfo my 6mo. I work and pump regular at work so I'd think that would count at frequent nursing ~right?~ IDK:

Yes, pumping would count as nursing.
If it is stressing you go ahead and test.

Many women, myself included, find they don't get back to a typical patter for months and then cycles might be longer or shorter. I was regular for 3 months after ppaf and then one month I looked at the calendar and thought, uh oh! But I had been sick, we had been traveling, etc. I had a weird cycle and then went back to regular. I never had a weird cycle for any reason before having DS.
