Hey a lady on my playgroup is having another baby and asked for natural birth videos. Any suggestions. I already suggested birth into being, but I'm unsure of it's content since I have never seen it. Anyone care to give me a rundown? Shes looking for videos to help her deal with her labor, she went natural last time but felt unorganized and a little out of control. I don't think she wants to hypnobirth, so I'm guessing shes looking for other types of videos to help her ease her labor pain. She will be birthing in a hospital.
