awww.... so cute! i keep wondering if my pup has figured it out yet... other than whining at the car seat he hasn't seemed to notice a change in me yet. although he has become a little more snuggly/needy...

I have a chihuahua, he's a total lap dog and has often been kicked, and his ears just go up and he looks at me quizzically, as if to say, "what the...." He seems to be getting used to the kicks and the sucker punches though, perhaps he thinks I need to fix my diet!

that is so funny!!!! I thought for sure that my cat(who liked to sit on my lap against the belly and get kicked) would be up in the baby's face constantly sniffing her and checking her out but her largely ignores her. I think it's on purpose too. he jumps onto the bed in the morning like usual to sit on my shoulder and purr and await affection but he refuses to even sniff the baby or look at her. he deliberately jumps onto the opposite side of the bed that she's on because he doesn't want to be near her. I think he's feeling a bit upstaged.

That is a very sweet picture. My cats love to lay on my baby bump and they purr and purr...my dog too knows that something is up!

Animals are great, aren't they? My cat is purrrrring right along beside me trying to prevent me from typing. Our pooch is snuggled up in her bed, dreaming away. I'm not sure how the animals are going to react to the new addition to our family but I'm sure it will be an adjustment for all of us!

Thanks for sharing the picture, it's super adorable!!

i think that i love your dog, too. i am so sentimental right now bc my rottie had surgery yesterday. he's so sleepy precious right now.

when i was preggo with ezra, almost all of my pics with him were of his head on my belly. now, he and ez play way more than i get to snuggle with him. plus, since we started co-sleeping with ezra, we stopped co-sleeping with him.

i just posted a bunch of pics of him on my blog, if you want to see his precious face.

your dog is so cute!

i had an aussie for 12 years and now we have a lab/rottie mix.

my aussie was so intuitive and this dog now is like a brick. i loved my old dog and my dh and son like this dog so i guess it's okay.
