And I have not received a single coupon, check, sample can or ANYTHING. Not one. Not even in the hospital.

and I KNOW someone out there somewhere has my name and knows I have a small baby because I've gotten 3 or 4 coupons for Huggies...with info packets tailored to Aldria's age.

Yup - my DS is 8 months and i have not gotten one formula-related thing. I do get diaper coupons.
Now when I came home from the hospital after giving birth to my first baby, there was a case of enfamil on my doorstep. A CASE.
I cant recall if they sent anything with my daughter.

I didn't get ANYTHING until Ds was 10 months old. DH signed me up for a mainstream parenting magazine and apparently they sold my info. WTF?! grrr

I get formula coupons all the time we go to the grocery store now. The kind that you get with your receipt.
The only thing we buy there for her is 7th gen diapers on occasion for travelling. But I guess since they were size 1 or 2 it has us in the system.

Grrr.

I've had two and am pregnant with my third. I have never gotten formula samples or coupons. Diapers sure, formula, nope.

My DD is 3 months old (almost 4 months, geez, where'd the time go?) and we've not seen a single formula coupon or sample.

Guess we must have gotten lucky.

I received an empty box. Someone stole the sample cans of formula out of it.

me too... well the bag from the hospital had some in it, but not much... i get the huggies things too, my ds is 3.5 months

For some reason because I was speechless at the same time, now I have to laugh. No really it's so incredibly EFFING SAD -- it's funny. They'll steal your identity/credit card apps AND YOUR FORMULA SAMPLES????? A thief is a thief is a thief....

I
  • went to a major OB/GYN practice
  • gave birth in a large maternity hospital
  • gave my name and address to Motherhood Maternity
  • had a subscription to Parents (or Parenting, I can never keep them straight)
  • was on the mailing list for Gerber, Pampers, and Huggies

and other than the hospital bag, the only sample or coupon came when my son was 10 months old and a can of that toddler formula arrived.
