For the last few nights I've rolled over in my sleep and gotten the most painful round ligament pains in my right hip. It literally feels like a knife in my hip and I have to breathe through it until it goes away. It hurts so bad I get a flush of naseau. It's helping me practice my relaxation and breathing for labor, but does anyone know anything else I can do to about round ligament pains?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

Wearing a belly support garment helps me with this quite a bit.

I just read about what it feels like online and I'm pretty sure I had this just the other day. I was trying to leave work (a sit at the computer, office job) and I couldn't stand up! I kept trying to but I literally couldn't. The pain was too severe, it was on my right side and I could feel it in my pelvis and in my back. That night, I kept waking up with the same feeling but with sciatic pain. Good ol' DH massaged it out and made it better but wow, it was NO fun!

celynen, that's good to know. I have some bump-sized tubigrip, but I haven't been wearing it at night, and my support belt is a bit big and uncomfortable for that...
