On crutches at 36 weeks - just whining

This is supposed to be nesting time, right? Yeah, well, I'm hobbling around on crutches, barely able to do more than go from the computer to the kitchen to the bathroom. I think it's the psoas muscle that I pulled; if that's the case, it takes 4-6 weeks to heal. It doesn't help that there is a large, full uterus sitting on top of it, and a baby punching at it every few minutes.

I'm worried that it won't heal enough for me to really labor with any sort of focus - it's not productive pain, and it severely limits my range of motion. I'm so damn frustrated; we have so much left to do, my best friend is supposed to come visit tomorrow (she's 33 weeks with her first, we havne't seen each other in over a year), and I can't do bupkus.

Sorry - I'm so frustrated that I'm in tears daily. I hurt it almost a week ago, and it's really not improving much at all.

I'm so sorry.
No, this is meant to be "grow fat and fed up and get miserable" time. Nothing to do with productivity- your output is measured on a different scale these days Get DH to do the work...

Oh, you poor momma! Just you take it easier on yourself, physically and emotionally. Maybe it's just your body's way of getting you to slow down? But hey, you can come here and let it all out any time you need to! That's what we're here for!! to you momma!
