I'm trying to talk DH into making a day trip there. But I work 5-8 here, so I'm not sure if I'll be able to go. Anyone planning to go?

I live in the Boiling Springs area, about a half hour from Harrisburg, and am planning to go.

HI,
I hope to be there, I have to go to NY for some tests and doctor visits, I'll be back late wednesday night, but I am hoping to make it.

Check out birthwithoutboundaries.com or savehomebirth.com(that's me on the front page!) for more info.

It sounds like there is going to be a big turnout, my girls want to make signs, just not sure what we want to say, my oldest might put one of my homebirth photos on the sign, that would be cool.

Haven't heard from the amish/mennonite population, but I expect they will make a turnout too. Should be fun!

I was coming to check in... please give a full report! I live in Pittsburgh and I work in the evenings, so it just didn't work for me I do have a bunch of ideas of advocacy that could happen here... I'm hoping to be able to go to one of the meetings eventually to get feedback on them.

I was at the rally in Indy, not PA (but PA is my home state.) We had a good turnout. Probably nothing compared to PA's (IN is such a small state.) We did have 1 Amish woman there w/ her kids. It was nice to see (IN actually has a pretty large Amish community as well.)
