seeds: allergenic?

My son is now sixteen months so his diet is quite varied beyond his one breastfeeding per day. Prior to one year however, I felt limited in sourcing him adequate protein.

know that nuts are rather allergenic and would be best introduced at 3 years of age. How about seeds? Are ground seeds safe for infants under 1 year?; toddlers over 1 year?

Does anyone have leads on a good chart or table indicating what foods are allergenic and the time frame in which to introduce them?

Sunflower seeds are at the bottom part of the list for seeds, we're planning on starting Sunbutter in the next few mos w/ Ilana. Someone told me they found some pumpkin seed butter though and that's even lower!
