Any ideas on organic/natural diaper rash cream?

EBF DD is 7mo and is teething... we've had several loooong nights, and some nasty poopy diapers. She is getting spots of diaper rash, and I don't want to put just anything on it. We are a pretty organic family, but I haven't found a great diaper rash cream yet... Any suggestions? Am I even on the right forum page?

I know some people have luck with putting straight breast milk on it. I would think that is about as natural as you could get. I didn't have much luck with that though, when DS had a pretty red bum.

I did find some Earth's Best Diaper Rash Cream and although it isn't 100% organic, it is pretty close, and it cleared things up overnight. It worked like magic for us.

We received Baby Avalon Organics protective ADE ointment as a gift. It certified organic/hypoallergenic/paraben&fragrance-free. It has worked quite well for us so far.

For something even more natural, I hear a calendula salve is awesome.

Weleda diaper cream is what I use. It's natural (think it has calendula in it) an works well for us.
