i just found the site via DailyKos and it looks pretty darn good.

I love mothertalkers, it's my other "go to" site after MDC. I don't think the members get paid -- it seems to be a hybrid of a forum and blogging.

I haven't posted anything over there yet, but I probably will someday. For now, I'm just enjoying the reading.
