boogie nose since weaning=allergies??

It seems like my youngest (15 months) has had a boogie nose since the beginning of Nov. It does get better but then it gets worst again. So last night I had the : moment- this all started when he weaned and he started having cow's milk (just on cereal).

So I'm wondering if its just the stage (toddler winter, hands in mouth, etc) or if I should be worried about allergies?

WDYT, WWYD?

thanks

I have no advice for you, but am in the same situation. My 15 mo DS also has been the boogie man for it seems like a month straight. I am wondering if this has to do with cow's milk allergy. He is also having a few other issues that I'm just starting to wonder if they are connected to the cow's milk.

I'm hoping someone can answer your (and my) question!
