OT- MDC Question

I wanted to know if any of you could answer a question for me. I suppose there's a proper forum for this, but I don't spend a whole lot of time outside the diapering and pregnancies fora.

I established a trade on the old style trading post with someone. She decided on a shipping price, and I sent my money accordingly. She pm'd me saying she'd received the money on new year's eve. And now it's been several weeks since I've heard anything from her, whether she's shipped yet or not (obviously not, if I've not received them), despite several pm's I've sent. DO I have any recourse through MDC? Can I file some sort of official something? Does anyone have any advice for what to do in such a case? I'm a little bummed because it was a good deal on a buncha fitteds. Maybe too good?

Yep! Send a PM to an admin and they'll look into it for you. If you can include any PM's with the person you had the trade with that would be good. Sometimes the only real recourse they have is to suspend the persons trading post rights until they either refund your money or deliver the goods. Still, let admin know whats going on.

And probably Questions and Suggestions would be a good forum for this question

Oh, and even if it ends well.. unless there is a super good reason for the delay, make sure you do make a note of it in the rating system so that others can be on the watch for that type of behavior.

You can send it to the TP mod, but I'd also forward a copy of that PM to Abimommy and Jacque Savageau at the same time.

Yes you can forward the PM's to them, make sure you make a note so they know its from you and why.

You might also have recourse through Paypal if that's how you paid. Good luck, this stuff is stressing me out when I'm trying to get good deals at the last minute!!
