I've breastfed three children with one still nursing. My first two were born in my twenties and my third was born when I was 43. My breasts don't look any different now than 2.5 years ago!

I could find spare change on the ground if my nipples were eyes and I still have to curl them up like a snake to make them fit in my oh so awesome looking but not fun to nurse in Victoria Secret bra!

Suave Commercial

I finally saw the one showing breastfeeding, my sister told me about it. I have only seen that one once though there is an alternate one that she is just holding the baby at her breasts & she is fully clothed. They may show the different versions in different states. I too got the impression it was implying breastfeeding makes you have flat breasts too, but at least it was making it the norm to breastfeed. Who knows if it does I can tell you I have been bf for 4 years now & my breasts are definitely smaller & flatter/saggier. That could be from my weightloss though, simply pregnancy or aging/gravity or a combo of all. I know even if my breasts fell off it would be worth it to me though!:
