Diaphragm Issues (TMI Alert)

Before I was pregnant, I wore a seventy. After pregnancy, I tried it on, and it wouldn't "catch"; it was trying to slip out and the rim was coming out. The doc sized up to a 75. Is this a sign that they're too big, and I should have sized down to 65? Sigh! NFP is looking more and more appealing...

I'm confused. You were a 70 and now you are moving up to a bigger size 75 after the pregnancy. How does the 75 feel? That sounds right to me. 70 is pretty small.

If the 70 is too small, I don't think you would go down to a 65.

Sorry for not clarifying that. The 75 fit terribly, with exactly the same problem as the 70.

So maybe you need to go up to a bigger size? Did you get a fitting at your appointment?
