Still drinking mine! Just 2 cups a day though, I'm sure I could be drinking more but I guess 2 cups is better than none
I hear ya. I've had days where I drink a pitcher and some where I've had none. Hey, whatever I can manage to get in at this point, I'm happy. I'm trying to stay on it now... It's much easier with the sugar & lemon.
I just started drinking two cups brewed really long and double strength. I don't know if it's connected or not, but my braxton hicks contractions have really picked up since I started brewing it so strong. I read recently that RRL is supposed to "focus" BH contractions.
