Just wondering if anyone has received them yet? I thought SB said she was sending them out last Tuesday. I have been excitedly checking the mail each day hoping mine are there...I know I put priority postage on my envelope so it should have only taken about 3 days to get to me....I guess since I am not having contractions I am thinking about other stuff!:

Not yet. I still check my mail with anticipation. Now I am getting freaked out that I didn't put enough postage on..

Nope. She sent out the international ones earlier, but I haven't seen mine yet.

I just got a package from a company in the US that was sent out on the 17th. It wasn't sent express, either. Hmmm... I hope nothing happened with the beads!

I am still waiting too. I really don't want to have this baby without them. I feel that I really *need* them now!

She kindly enough waited for those who didn't send them in on the deadline. I know that a few mama's have already delivered without them. Makes me kinda sad. She gave everyone enough time to get their beads in and still some people didn't.

I am in eurpoe. Normally it takes about a week for a letter/package to get here. I have been *waiting by the mailbox* for ours too

Looks like I am going to have to deliver my baby without my beads and I sent mine out in August!

I found out today that I have an inflamation on my boned in my hips and the butt bones that have been causing terrible pain that is getting worse and worse. My doc wanted a c-section and I talked him into letting me try with an epi first ( he said that there was no way I could have her naturaly because of the pain in the hips ) There are a couple more things that made us decide to do it this way.

I must say that I am pretty disapointed that I have to have my baby without.

I wonder what is taking them so long.

I hope that you all get yours before your baby comes

Jezzy, I am so sorry.......when is your c-section? Maybe they will come today. My mailman hasn't been here yet, so I am hoping! I too really want mine for delivery. Good luck with everything and keep us posted.

I'll only be at this address for another week. I don't think the post office will forward packages, so it looks like they won't be here in time for me.

I am in germany, it is night time here already. Maybe they will come tomorrow and DH can bring them to me. Before we do a c-section we are going to try to induce with an epidural. Maybe. Just maybe I will get lucky. I wonder what is taking all of them so long??

Nature, maybe you can talk to the people at the post office. Or a neighbor of yours? Maybe you could tell them that you are waiting for something important and you NEED it?? I would try that

Mamas to be clear no one is upset with ScarletBegonias right? And maybe if you don't get them before your labour you can perhaps lengthen them for a lovely nursing necklace!

No i don't think so...as for myself I am not upset with SB, I know that she worked really hard but it is frustrating for those of us who sent our beads on time only to find out that she was still receiving beads in Dec. thats all.

Nope! I'm not upset at her. I just didn't realize we'd be moving and thought they would have been here awhile ago. I'm a bit sad for those mamas that didn't get their beads before their babies.

We have no trustworthy neighbors to ask to watch for our package or anything. And if they come USPS, they don't hand out packages anyway.. just a post office slip, and they won't forward those to a new address. I already asked.

No hard feelings here either towards SB. I appreciate all of her efforts in coordinating this project. I am just excited to receive mine, and was really hoping that everyone would have them for their birthday. You are right though, I am sure they will make a lovely nursing necklace.

Just bumping....not trying to be a pain, wondering if anyone has gotten their beads? Also hoping SB is okay as she hasn't been around in awhile.
