My 12 month old son has 2 grayish brownish spots on the sides of two of his teeth. I noticed them after he was on Ferrous Sulfate Iron Drops for a couple weeks. I hoped they would go away after we quit the iron drops, but they haven't - it's been about 2 months. He saw a new dr for his check up today. She told me they were nothing to worry about, but she barely looked, and I'm not sure she even saw them. Does anybody know what stains from iron drops look like? Could it be cavities?
