I think I am experiencing a supply drop. My baby is 10 mo. and has been eating some solids, not a whole lot, but some. I still pump as often as I used to (at work), I nurse him pretty much as often as I used to, maybe a couple times less a day due to the solids, but he often wants to nurse even after solids. Just wondering if I should worry about this or not. I dont want to lose my supply or have it drop way low. I have dropped about 1-2 oz pumped and I feel very "flabby". Sometimes I dont feel a letdown when he is nursing. Any suggestions?

It sounds like you are doing a good job. I wouldn't worry about anything as long as you seem to be meeting his demand for nursing and EBM.

I found it got a lot harder to pump as much once my babies got to be about 6 months old. My supply when they were nursing didn't seem to drop.
BTW, I have read that even at this age, it is recommended to nurse first and then offer solids second, because breast milk is more nutrionally dense.

Yes, I do, just when we sit down to lunch or dinner, I offer him some finger food, and many times he will eat, then he will often refuse any more solids, and want to nurse. Thanks for the advice.

You may want to try some galactogogues (sp?) - Mother's Milk Tea or oatmeal or etc. -- for me at least, when I start cycling again (which is at 13 months with both my babes), my supply dips immediately prior to my cycle. So if your cycle starts in the next month or so, that may be what was impacting your supply.
Otherwise, it sounds like you're doing well. Let-down isn't as noticeable for mom as babe nears a year of age; and breasts replenish milk more efficiently so some of that "plumpness" can go down. SJ isn't nursing any less than she did at 10 months IMO, but my breasts have definitely decreased in cup size.
