Ok, I plan to x-post this because I'm hoping someone knows whats going on.
A little info first:
-I'm 32
-I have 2 children, gave birth in Dec. 07.
-I had/have SPD
-I'm taking an anti-cougulant(low molecular weight heparin) for Factor V leiden.(Protocol is to take heparin while pregnant and 6 weeks post-partum)
I'll be done next week.
-I'm breastfeeding and co-sleeping
-still 30lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight
-had natural child birth
Ok, here's the situation.
When I go to bed, I usually sleep on my side. Whatever side I sleep on is fine. The opposite side on the other hand, ends up with problems. I will wake up with my hand very warm, achy, very stiff. My pubic area is very achy too. So much so that it takes about an hour of moving around before it stops aching.
During my previous pregnancy, I developed a blood clot in my left leg. As a result my left leg is always a little prone to some achiness and swelling. Right now, my left calf feels like I ran a couple miles. Feels like a good stretch will help, but it doesn't. Its not a terrible cramping, moderate at best.
Oh and last one, the muscles above my belly button ache too. Have since before I had the baby. Its tender to the touch, otherwise I can't feel it.
Does anyone know what the heck is going on?
