Red Raspberry Leaf tea to speed labor

Could someone direct me to where the info is for the strong RRL brew that is suppose to speed labor?

You can just take the capsules-I think you can get more that way than with tea. I took it my whole 2nd pregnancy. I had a ton of contractions from early on, probably partially due to that, but still carried past 40 weeks, then had a less-than-4-hour labor
