5 HTP and GABA

A quick question can someone take both 5HTP and GABA at the same time? I am looking for this info on mood cure book- whether it's okay to take these two together or not can't seem to find it.

it's okay to take them together on the appropriate schedule. I think she lists out the plans separately in each section, but in the back there's more information about more comprehensive plans.

Got both just now, but will start GABA relaxer first and then later add the other one.
