i had to give E a sippy cup of raw milk last night. i felt horrible but he woke up at 2:30 am and was inconsolable. it seems my milk supply is dwindling at not even 7 weeks. i am feeling sick so hard to eat/drink...i have to work harder on that.

this is just making me so sad.

Thank You!

Thank you for the cookie recipe nccrunchymama! :

As for nursing my toddler, I'm finding that he wants to nurse a lot more than he had before conceiving. I'm not sure if it's due to a change in the milk or his teething.

i am nursing my 2 year olds. they do seem to be slowing down a bit in the last few months, which is good for me. now that im pg, i can't handle the tandem nursing for long. *shudders*. im ok when they nurse individually, but tandem sends me into stimulation overload. i hope they continue to nurse a few times a day. i am happy to continue nursing them after baby is born but not all day and night. it will be an interesting journey!

I haven't tried it yet. I hope it's good.

I've definitely noticed a drop in supply if I don't take my More Milk Two tincture, and along with the supply drop I get nipple soreness. As long as I take it 4 times a day I so far seem to be fine.

Sad and happy.

So, DH put DD to sleep last night! No nursing! And then she slept through the night! No nursing! And because of my risk, this is happy and good news. BUT I felt so sad. I was thrilled when she asked to nurse when she woke up.

Yes! I'm serious! Tonight, after I'd taken my third dose of the day, I was nursing DD and I realized I was actually kind of engorged! It was weird.

I am nursing my 22 month old and he still nurses about 8 times a day and it can be very draining especially now that i'm finding myself tired and my nipples are hurting. I nursed my first all the way though my second pregancy and never lost my milk but my first weaned 2 weeks after my second was born...he was 21 months old.

I would really like my son to be able to self wean but I can honestly I wouldn't be sad if that happened during the course of this pregnancy as I am already not sleeping well.

Me, it's my left side that often hurts more...really weird. I kept thinking it was thrush (that's what it's been feeling like) but there are no other signs of it and we're both taking probiotics.

i have never had any issues w/ bf'ing (i know that i am very very lucky) so im not sure that anything is actually wrong or not..i dont think so though..its only when he latches on that it hurts, yk???

I'm not having any problems with soreness and my supply still seems good. I totally credit it to the tincture I've been taking.

May I join?

I'm nursing my 20-month-old. I've really noticed my supply drop in the last week, but I'm only 4 weeks and that seems awfully early to lose my supply. My dd had already begun to lose interest in nursing before I was pg, and she had cut down to 2x a day. Now she's even dropped her morning session in the last week. At least she seems to be nursing a little longer at bedtime, so I have hope that she won't wean quite yet. I'm hoping we make it until she's at least 2, which was my original goal, but I'm really starting to doubt that we'll get there.
