I had cramping this past week, and a few times I did get a little nervous. I also had light spotting on Wednesday (the day AF would have come) and the day after. I tried working out once this week and afterwards felt cramps so I decided to take it easy for the rest of the week.
I think it's just our bodies trying to figure out what to do. At times, I've felt cramping so strong like AF was starting, and was so scared. But nothing has happened. So far, so good, still sticky.
