I had to share this because it came out SO yummy!
4 oz corn noodles (you could really use whatever you want, measure dry)
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 cup "millk". I used almond.
1 tbsp safe margerine
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp wet mustard
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
Cook the noodles as per the directions on the package.
In a saucepan, melt margerine. Add nutritional yeast and slowly stir in the milk. Add tomato sauce, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat until this mixture is thicker (took about 5 mins on low-medium). Pour this mixture over top of the noodles.
Enjoy!
