What do I do with Nutritional Yeast?

I bought it and have no clue what to do with it. They guy suggested it because it's not as bitter as brewer's yeast. Cheaper too.

Hmmmn, not sure if you are using it to build milk supply?
If so you could capsule or just put on food.
It's good on pasta, baked potatoes, popcorn so forth. It tastes kind of like cheese.

I've eaten the NOW brand of Nutritional yeast flakes straight out of the bottle : It's not bad -- kind of cheesy. Lots of people take it to try to up their supply. It's a great source of B vitamins, great for stress.
