i had a VBA2CS in jan. of 2006 in a free standing birth center. i am sooo excited to be doing a home birth this fall.

This is baby #4 for me, and my first HB(AC). I had two natural births attended by CNMs, then a scheduled csection. I originally planned to VBAC in a hospital, but after more and more thought we chose to homebirth.

I had a home birth for my 5th child. The first 4 babies were all c/sections. My awesome HBA4C was in March.

well, apparently NH is under the impression that vbacs dont deserve to birth at home, or in a free standing birth clinic, in this state.

new hampshire is fairly small...would you consider going outside your state to birth (so, have you checked out the laws in nearby states?).
