My DS only gets a really bad, bright red, weeping diaper rash after onsuming bread I have made with fresh ground wheat. I just got the mill in December and have noticed it every time he eats the bread. I tried 50/50 spelt and WH but no difference. He has never reacted to commercial wheat products before. This couldn't be gluten sensitivity could it? What is in fresh ground that would cause this? I can't find the info anywhere. PLease give me your opinion,
