Panicky this morning...is labor immenent?

I have pretty low blood pressure, always around 105/62, my last appointment it was 124 over 70. Today I feel awfully panicky and heart racing a little. I had a bit of coffee this morning 1/2 cup, but that is nothing unusual. I feel a little off. Is this a labor sign. My head is still pretty congested from a sinus issue I've been having over the last 1.5 weeks. I'm feeling better overall, but I had really restless sleep last night. I feel a little fatigued, like all over.

NO! Unfortunately!

But I haven't given up hope yet. I'm not feeling agitated like I was before. Blood pressure is back to normal. I walked FOREVER today, trying to get things going. I do have some cramping, but not much else. At least my Sinus Infections seems to be clearing.

I should go DTD I guess.
