Today when a 19yo coworker came to work the first thing he said was "I got to use something from all your talking about babies." He's the only male in our small office. I'm 24, pregnant & have a 13mo. Another girl is 23 & ttc. Then the 4th employee is my sister. Babies are a big topic of converstation.
So he was at a friend's house playing video games. His friend's mom came into the bedroom & asked if they could let a nursing mom use the room for a few minutes. The house was crowded because there was a bday party for a 2yo going on. His friend started to get a little huffy (think teen boy tantrum). He stopped is friend & explained that it was ok that babies gotta eat too. They went outside for a bit.

The best part is later the momma felt comfortable to nurse out in the open around other party guests. I'm guessing she may have been a little overwhelmed or just needed some quiet in the beginning, but after getting a very understanding response was more comfortable.
