Hey everyone, for any of you that are familiar with the Follistim pen, I just gave myself an injection which was supposed to be at the end of the 600 IU carpule. According to my calculations I had 125 IU left and I was supposed to give 225, so I dialed it to 225 expecting that the button would stop going in partway through (as it explains in the instruction booklet) so I could change carpules and give myself another shot of 100. It pushed all the way in to 0. What the heck does that mean? Did I calculate wrong? Should I still give myself another 100? I read somewhere that they overfill the carpules to account for mistakes - is it possible that I did give myself the full dose? I'm an egg donor, btw, getting ready to get going with my lovely family. 
I hate bothering nurses after hours (I work with nurses so I know what kinds of crazy calls they get), but it's been 20 minutes and nobody's called me back... Come on, it's not like it's 4 AM!
