I was at Sea World in Orlando last week and I was happily surprised to see a 
on their map while looking for somewhere to eat! Sophie needed to nurse anyway so we found a room and went in. It was dark, but private, and had a rocking chair, changing area and sink. It also had an outlet right by the chair for pumping moms. There was another mom lined up to use the room as I was leaving.
We had to leave our strollers behind a lot which really irritated me, so I couldn't recommend the place for young kids in general (the strollers also carried the diaper bag, water, snacks, etc.), but the nursing rooms were cool.
