Yep. I told you all I was a foodie! I also know from experience that it is WAY too easy to fall into bad (or in my case lazy) eating habits while pg since we're tired and not always feeling super. Let's talk about what we're eating! It's a good way to keep track!

I had a gluten-free graham cracker with pb and jam and a "green" smoothie for breakfast.

For lunch I had vegan moussaka and a green salad (plus a few potato chips for crunch!)

I had pancakes for breakfast, 3 with a glass of milk and some yogurt.

I had a few handful of animal crackers for a snack.

I had a collard and turnip green salad with red peppers, pecans and cheese and ranch dressing for lunch with and orange and a Skinny Cow for dessert.

I drink water or water/applejuice combo all day long. Trying to get 90 to 100 ounces in.

Thank goodness this thread was started!!! Now I can be held accountable!!!

I had a protein shake for breakfast, and also had 1/2 an everything bagel w/margarine. For lunch, I had vegan stuffed shells and a roll with some margarine. I've been sipping this C-Boost tropical fruit smoothie (delicious) for a bit, and probably going to have my stuffed pepper in an hour or so.

Hmm wonder what we'll have for dinner? I'm fiending for asparagus....

Oh - and working on my water. I'm at about 1/2 a liter so far. Need to chug it down!

My basic green smoothie is this:
3 cups spinach
1 1/2 cups water
4 dates
probiotic powder
flax meal
banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen raspberries (or other frozen fruit)
(right now I have Tahitian noni juice that I'm adding to it)

It's yummy and super healthy.

I normally drink a ton of water, but the past few days, I find I have to REMIND myself to drink water. Weird.

So far today all I've had is 1/4 of a cup of coffee, it was nasty, a big glass of water, leftover barbecued pork on a hoagie roll with cheese (which was good until I was done eating and then I felt horrible) and half of a Pepsi.

I am about 80% GF (I don't have an alergy, but operate better when I don't over-do gluten and dairy in my day-to-day life). I had GF bread that I baked yesterday with honey for breakfast. I had another slice for snack. For lunch I had fried rice leftovers. I just ate a GF brownie Man it was good though. I also had a latte (decaf) this morning. I'm about to make a big smoothie with protein powder, hemp milk, lowfat yogurt, honey, banana, etc. I'm having a GF pizza for dinner tonight before teaching class.

I am LOVING the light garlic and her laughing cow cheese with crackers. I have no idea why but I want it at all hours. And coffee but that's just normal for me.

I had a sweet tooth today but nothing sweet so we got an ice cream after dinner. I actually skipped dinner and only had ice cream. Moderation?

I'm eating 6 small meals a day as opposed to 3 big ones. Today I had ....

Eggs and Oatmeal
Chicken Quesadilla
Protein Bar
Sesame Beef Stir Fry w/ brown rice
1/2 Baked Chicken Breast & small baked potato
Orange & Skim milk

I'm a big water drinker and get in at least a gallon everyday

I'm definitely too embarrassed to post what I've been eating. I don't think it gets much more mainstream when it comes to my diet. I am trying to focus on the Bradley diet though. So I'm trying not to eat any junk (except peanut M&Ms - they have protein!)

I'm so glad that this thread is here. I too want to be accountable and love the ideas I'm getting so far from all of you. My three y.o. was vomiting and very much needing to nurse all day. I really wanted and needed to eat but it was hard to get away from him long enough to get enough food in. But here's what it looked like today:
three hard boiled eggs with raisin/walnut toast with flax seed oil
1 banana for snack
two pieces of bread with mayo, avocado, cheddar cheese, pickles(a new favorite)
chix burrito w/o rice from Rubio's
not enough water
3 cups of decaf tea throughout the day

Last night for dinner we ended up having vegan stuffed shells (leftovers), bread, and of course a ton of asparagus! I am in love with asparagus. I feel like I could eat it for every meal.

So far today, I'm having a strawberry/mango/banana protein shake. I didn't bring a snack with me (b/c I'm an idiot) so we'll see what kind of morning this is!

Lunch today will be either my stuffed pepper or something else if I feel like running out. We'll see.

Mamaleche - Hope your son is feeling better soon!

ColoradoMama - Is that the moussaka from Veganomicon? Is it good? I was thinking of making it soon...

Yes - it's from Veganomicon. It is very good. It is very time consuming though. Next time I will leave out the cinnamon. It was very strong, and I think I'd like it better without it.

This morning I had a Clif bar, some pineapple, and a boiled egg.
For lunch I had corn tortillas, salsa, romaine, and seasoned kidney beans.
