Lunch ended up being a veggie sub with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, and roasted red peppers - and lots of oil/vinegar. Deeeelicious! Of course, now my pepper is looking at me sadly wondering why I haven't had an appetite for it for 2 days. I just can't explain why I don't want to eat it one bit. I need the protein, damnit!

I refuse to disclose what I've eaten in the last 24 hours. Let's just say the words "Pepsi" and "King size Snickers bar" should not be found on a pregnancy diet log.

I'm eating a beef stew lean cuisine, it doesn't get any better than this.

I shouldn't eat for the rest of the day.

I just found out today. But so far I am just eating my usual fare:

oatmeal w/ground flax seeds, mixed berries and soy milk for breakfast

homeade carrot-ginger-lentil soup for lunch

red pepper for a snack

whole wheat pasta with tomato-lentil sauce and asparagus for dinner

later I will have some plain pop corn and some berrries with soymilk

Today is my 1yo's birthday, and I just ate like 4 or 5 spoonfuls of raw cake batter. It was YUMMY! I've been having an aversion to sweets for the most part, but man it was good. I know I'll be having a cupcake later too along with Little Ceasar's pizza for supper. I'll try to stick to one slice and have a salad or some veggie sticks with it. I knew I'd be doing bad today, and I have. I did have a healthy breakfast and lunch, though... I'll do better tomorrow.

Right now I'm eating three cheese tortillini with chopped chicken, pesto, pine nuts. Not low fat but yummy!

For dinner I'm making: steamed broccoli with peanut sauce, stir fried green beans, and summer rolls (with spinach, tofu, red pepper, cucumber, carrot, peanuts, avocado, and mango).

Dinner last night was one measly smart dog and a a few fries. My appetite is/was totally gone. I think m/s is starting. Last night I woke up in a fit of nausea and this morning I'm feeling borderline pukey.

I want to join!

I had oatmeal with brown sugar and soy milk for breakfast. For lunch I had a big salad with endive, red leaf lettuce, edamame, carrots, red pepper, sun dried tomatoes, and olive oil and vinegar. I also had a half cup or so of left over homemade chili. I don't have dinner plans yet!

Hmm.. taco salad sounds delish! It just happens to be on our menu for tonight, and I can't wait.: So far today I've had oatmeal & eggs, and right now I'm eating stir fry(napa cabbage, carrots, broccoli, & onion) w/ brown rice for lunch. Not sure what snacks I'll have later....

I have done good today. I had Cheerios for breakfast, chicken nuggests and peaches for lunch (did I mention I do home dayare ) and ONE Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich for a snack. I am making a greens (collard and turnip) and cheesy cornbread casserole for dinner. I'll throw in a raw veggie plate with some carrots, celery, peppers and cucumbers to count it a mostly healthy day.

Today hasn't been a good day for me

I haven't puked but man, I have felt like doodie all day long. For breakfast I did manage to finish my protein shake, but for lunch all I could stomach was a tofutti pizza. I just couldn't bear the thought of any type of fruit or vegetable. So I had the pizza, a snapple, and 4 peanut chews.

I'm really hoping dinner is appealing b/c right now I feel like a total loser!
