Recommendation for an RI dentist

First time dental poster here. I have lurked a little reading as much as I can about healing a possible cavity, a little confused about some things but, I'm learning

Last night I flossed and ow!! The floss seemed to have gotten stuck in the tooth, so I think I have a cavity. All day I have had dull pain in the tooth, nothing major.

Just to add, I have not seen a dentist in 4 years, have moved since then so I have no idea who a good dentist would be here in RI. I just want to go in for a cleaning/check-up to see if it really is a cavity. Anyone here live in RI and have a good dentist?

In the mean time I am upping my CLO, bone broth, and dropping a bit of colloidal silver on the tooth.

I am open to any other suggestions except for anything that involves dairy, TIA!

You might get a response if you post in the RI section of finding your tribe. You might get an answer here too, but that was my first thought when I saw your post.

Good luck!

How far away are you from WI? It seems like Dr. Chris at the Center for Cosmetic Dentistry in Madison, WI is an excellent dentist and he does Healozone too!

What part of RI are you in?

If you are north eastern, I would TOTALLY recommend Dr. Buxton in N. Attleboro. He is a low talker and wonderful with everyone in the family.
