Its a long story--- (LOOONG)
and my MIL took Violet my 21 month old to the fru fru allergy/acupuncture person who tests for chemical sensitives. She did this per my request because my pediatrician/allergist thinks Im full of crap and blew off Violets sensitive nature/chronic constipation etc
Apparently Violet was so sensitive - they couldnt test her and tested her for elements?? and she is on a bunch of homeopathic drops and acidophilus and they will test her in 3 weeks. For right now - we are trying for a Candida approach and going from there.
Today was a wind day from work - and I have childcare. So I'm going to be heading to whole foods this afternoon.
Does anyone have any easy ideas for simple meals/snacks that are heading to elimination? With being a super super busy family - I need practical meal ideas with little prep that are nanny/grandparent/daddy friendly. MIL is handling all of the supplements I cant begin to pronounce or afford.
Thank you!
