Thanks for posting that. A very powerful letter! It's just way too easy in this day and age to forward an email or sign an on-line petition and get all smug that we've actually done something to change anything, without knowing anything about the realities of the situation and how little online petitions do to help things. It's scary to think that online petitions and letters can actually make things worse for the people involved, but it's true.
I am glad to see the addresses at the end of the article for financial contributions to the defense of Amina Lawal and other people in similar situations.
